Display a module menu

I would like to display a menu to the left of the user registration module. How to do it ? and thanks in advance

Do You mean next to those 2 blue buttons ? Try using same module position as You've used for this module. I believe it was called "scocial". It may not be placed correct, so please get back to me when module will be there and published,
