Is it possible to disable the 'floating' menu bar completely? Thanks.

Hi,
In theory yes, but it request small customization:

1) In edit mode open this file: templates\gk_news2\js\gk.menu.js
2) find "gkFixedMenu" and rename to "gk-Fixed-Menu"
3) Save changes or override changed file

Thanks Pawel, your solution both worked and did not work. It got rid of the floating menu on the top but when I scroll to the very bottom of the page, it pops up in the bottom.

Thanks for any help.

Noticed one more thing. The partial solution did not change on any other page. They are just as before. Only on the front page, it stays static until you scroll down to the bottom of the page then it shows up just above the Windows task bar.

Hi, I have tried this change and on my website it seems to work well, both in HP and in internal category without any problem. Are you shure you didn't change something else? It's very strange because everytime I try to set something to reach my intents, there is always something else that doesn't work....this time everything seems to be ok.

Thanks Pawel, it indeed is working now. Great job. I'll save the zip file for future upgrade of the template.

Sorry but we don't help in all customizations. We are not "Pimp My Ride" or "Counting Cars" TV show

I just wanted the floating menu to work.
I installed quickstart and floating menu breaks when you scroll down and then back up.
template 3.11.3
