Problem with logo position

Hi, I've just installed a fresh version of the News 2 J!2.5 quickstart. I'm having trouble when changing the logo. I set the logo type to image, and upload the logo I want. But then this happens:

I don't understand why the logo is reapted.

I will upload the logo itself. Also, the logo seems to sticks to the menu bar when you scroll down the page. Is there anyway to stop this?

New logo is too big and it stick out from sticky top menu (it shows when you scroll down the page, and is hidden above the page when scrolled to top).
Could you please post an url to your site?
