where to get the modules

Hi,
Where to find the modules for this template.

There was only one text file with name modules!!! inside the modules folder of downloadable zip file named gk_news_rest_files_J!3
When I checked that text file it stated -
For download News Show Pro GK4 Joomla!3.0 compatible module go to: https://www.gavick.com/download/joomla- ... le-zip.raw
but the link shows 404 error.

So if I have to install the template is an already existing site where to get the modules for this new template.
Please help me know.
