Extra white space in top_banner

Hi there,

There appears to be a lot of extra white space in the "bannertop" position? A lot of white space is below the NSP module. I have checked to make sure no other modules are active in that position. Not quite sure what is causing this?

Note: I tried to disable "default.css" but it appears to break the plugin
