you cant see the problem because i disable the weather.
if i anable i have problem.
i have the same problem and another template which you created with the weather.
please check your bug.

I just find the source of the issue - the yahoo weather api is no more a public API. It now requires an OAuth token to authenticate, so the weather widget will no work properly. We'll fix it with future theme updates - we'll use another widget or modify the current.
