Hi CPU Usage

We have some serious CPU usage problems with News theme on Wordpress 4.4.2. And we have apache2 installed on Linux os, 4 core, 8GB RAM server. It seems while pages are being visited, apache2 and mysqld uses very high CPU. Have you ever had an experience with high CPU before with News theme? Or do you have any known bug reports (and also solutions) for CPU usage of News theme?

Do you have other plugins installed? Could you provide your website backend access? Then I'll be able to check the issue.
