After updating to WP 4.8 several functions don´t work

After updating to WP4.8 several functions like appearance/widgets don´t work
Does anyone experienced this?

What functions exactly? It may be an issue with new text widget introduced in this version of WordPress..
The old Text Widget (without the visual editor should be restored in the next WordPress version). As a temporary solution you can use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-text-widget/
