NSP GK 4 + Virtuemart 2.0.4 - Error: Any articles to show

Hi, please help me I cannot set NSP GK4 with VM.2.04.
When I set all parameters I see only this Error: Any articles to show.
After I turn on debug mode I give this error:

The error comes from query when language is wrong so the table don't exist. Please tell me what is your VM language and check whether categories/products are set also to this language.

Language is czech.
If I open phpmyadmin I have table mobv2_virtuemart_categories_cs_cz with records.

I found bug.
If I created multilanguage shop with english translation. Everything working.

I have the same error...

I don't want to create a multilingual shop. I would like to get working with Italian language!

Is it possible?

You need to set the VM categories/products to the installed language, then module allows you to select items from categories for this particular language, the language is get from default front end language so make sure that the default is your custom one.

i have the same problem. No article of VM dispaly.... i can set the categories but no article dislay.

Did you set the articles to this categories ? The default font end template language is the same with categories language ?

NSP GK4 v.3.1.1
Joomla v.2.5.4
Virtuemart v2.0.6

I have set the data source of NSP to Virtumart Categories, i have selected all the categories from there, but none appear on the front end.
I'm facing the same problem: Error: No articles to display


I set the virtumart shop to English UK (configuration->multilingual shop), and i set the Joomla article to English UK also, but that didn't help.

Am i missing something?

The Menu item associated with the module is visible only after logging in, at the bottom menu it's called "Virtuemart Categories".

If you find what's wrong please tell me because i need to know for future reference.

My store is set to multilanguage.

This suggestion doesn't make any sense. I know this is a Virtuemart 2 issue in the way that they handle default and multiple languages, but there is no way to change the categories OR the products within Virtuemart to a particular language as far as I can see. There is shopper group, but shopper groups don't include a language selection.

So, in my case, after having installed the QuickStart I've used the Tools: Delete all Virtuemart Media (big mistake) and it has reset *everything* and after spending much time installing the new data & rebuilding the basics to get the site operational, I've found that there is now no default shopper group (without which you get an ugly message on the VM site), and after much searching I find that to get this installed I've had to click clicked Tools : Reinstall or Update Tables tool to fix this issue. In doing so I then find that now my all my URLs have /en/ in them, and my front page VM Featured Items and Hot Products doesn't work. And it is because of this update process. SO now I try to set English UK a my only (multilingual) language option but it still doesn't want to show any items from any VM categories in the front page NSPGK4 (Hot Products/VM featured Products) modules. However any item I've selected as Featured shows correctly in the VM Featurd Products within the VM category & product pages, and any other module I use within the VM pages.

So if you're talking about VM2 then I dont know what you are referring to when you say "categories/products are set also to this language". As I said, it doesn't make any sense.

Your News Show Pro module is in latest available version ? When you disable News Show Pro module the errors are not visible ?

The same problem for me.
I'm using your BK Bikestore template. I made the "quickstart" installation and now I'm making some customizations.

I set the VM multilingual, the default language for site and administration panel in this moment is English UK. Italian IT is second language.
I've not yet set up the language menus to change language. The unique menu now is the default one: all!
At the beginning everything worked well, but when I tried to modify the Latest Offers, that is the mod_news_pro_gk4 module, all categories disappeared from the home page.
The same happened when I tried to modify Offers gallery.
So I made another installation. But the same problem happend.
Could you please help me?

Categories are visible in NSP configuration as a data source ? Please make sure that products/categories are also set to English and it is default language for VM, front-end and back-end.

Hello I'm having problems with NSP GK4 too the website is www.fingercomber.net.
It doesn't work with virtuemart but it show correctly Redshop.

Please help me. I read a lot of the threads in here but none of those fix worked.

Finally got it to work with some other tricks but the fonction of product display doesn't work just saying...

No I did not.. I fixed my problem for some time now... But product display doesn't work on it....

What you mean by product display ? I've visited your site, click on some product which redirect me to product page.

Everything is working fine, I was trying to put 2 or 3 items via the VM ID mode on NSP GK4 but it did not work then to move ahead I switched to Category display which works...

I was just mentioning it for the support...

I have the same problem, as soon as I change the front-end language to Swedish the following error appears:

it's very important to solve it or I should go for another CMS or shopping module
