Module Title links won't work

I've installed the News Template for Joomla 3. I've installed the plugin and changed the modules.php but it still doesn't show up. What could be the problem?

Hi,
I'm not sure what you want a effect, but one thing I'm sure we do not support php changes/customizations.

I found the Module title links plugin in the rest files, now it works flawlessly.

Yes, if you installed "naked" template in most cases you have to install & enable also few plugins from __rest_files.zip package.
