this same effect in short way not really, but you can try to make a fixed menu. Using this custom css code:

    position: fixed;
    background: black;
}

#gkBannerTop {
    padding: 47px 0 15px;
}

Of course on sub-pages where you don't use gkBannerTop position you have to add more top padding to first used position under.

You have to add some top margin to this position which is now hidden under menu.
