Hi! I don't know if it's possible, and I have made an image so you guys understand what I mean.
Is it possible to place the JomSocial Toolbar there?

no. But few years ago I saw few customizations/topic on official JomSocial Forum. Search there and maybe here: http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions ... extensions

p.s.
Sorry but we are not JomSocial developer/support to help in such a customizations (!)
