Hey I just purchased this theme and everytime I install and active at the rTMedia Plugin I get a 500 Internal Error that reads "Internal Server Error: The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request."
I've had an outside developer also try and they got the same error. Is there a reason why this is happening?

Hello,
Could you please provide me with FTP and back-end access via PM (click the “Private Message” text underneath my avatar) so that I may analyze it?

Hi,
I can see the following error in your debug log:
PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 49152 bytes)
Please check this article:
http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/ ... hp-memory/
It maybe also isse with W3 Total Cache - this plugin has issues with latest version of WordPress.
Regarding the frontpage - it's your new website, so you should install the quickstart package:
https://www.gavick.com/documentation/wo ... stallation
after installation the website will look like the demo (only images will be replaced)
