Form newsletter and contact form 7

I don't understand how to integrate contact form 7 with your form "newsletter" in home page.
I like your design (the dotted rectangle where you can enter the address of the send button in red). I want to keep this design but use contact form 7. I created a form in contact form 7 but do not know how to add it in the widget. If I insert code that gives me contact form 7 disappears design theme. At the moment I left it like that, but it does not work.

I installed mailpoet and now the form works. But I have problems with the graphics customization. The CSS is correct, and I seem to have everything set up properly. I give you my login information so you can see what mistakes I made (the site is not online yet).

First of all, please create new form and add it into Bottom III widget area, or edit existing Text widget (newsletter) from Bottom III widget area and edit a shortcode with your MailPoet subscription form.

On this page http://www.golpetheband.it/golpensieri/, however, you do not see the text ...
I wish that the newsletter was only visible on the home page, and I set the widget in this way (see attached) but does not work.

Hi,
You didn't add homepage widget rule properly, you should select "Homepage" and click Add page button. Now it works properly, the newsletter is visible only on your frontpage.

Thanks Joshua, you've been really helpful. Last thing: why nelal page / the-band the widget IV has the dark background (so wrong) while in all other pages is correct?

Sorry, but I can't see the issue. Could you provide two URLs to compare this widget?

On this page http://www.golpetheband.it/la-band/ the widget can not see properly (there is a dark bar as background).
