JomSocial - Problem to Edit Profilem

Hi,
When I access JomSocial and I Try to Edit Profile or Edit Detail there are one problem. There are a blank page and It's not working.

The template need update and configuration.
I kept contact to JomSocial Support and they sent me this message:
The template you use is built for JomSocial version 3 and is probably never updated to support JomSocial 4 series.
You need to contact your template developer, or try to replicate this issue with native Joomla and JomSocial templates.

Unfortunately the MusicState is an old template and we have no plan to make it compatible with latest JomSocial version.

This is a very strange information because I bought this template two times; The second time Gavick said that I will have a everlasting termplate. I will have a free update. I don´t know what I will do because I will be wiht a big problem to chose Gavick Template. Very strange! Terrible!
