Hello,
I would like to have show the menu aside only in the Tablet and Mobile view and in the desktop version the normal menu.
Can I change this somewhere?

There is no easy solution that you can copy and paste. Basically you need to detect which view is active by using GKBrowser class and render proper menu in layouts/default.php view.
