Image Show GK4 shows just 2 of 3 pictures

hi, i installed the template, everithing works fine but the gk4 image show works not totally good...
it shows just 2 of 3 pictures,
I read from this forum that the module should be upgraded and i did it but afther the problem is that i can't add more slides becuase the bottom "add new slide" works not. Alsto the old slides appeares not in the control panel of image show gk4 but they are still visible fromt he frontend.. why?

For to upgrade i deleted the old image show gk4 module and installed the new one..
is there anather way for to upgrade this module or something worsk not good with it?
