I can not go to the module Image Show GK4

lock installation aborted with the error: The user attempting to install a lock , not the one who has already found it earlier.
You are not authorized to access this page from a direct link ( # 679 ) .
what's the problem ? how to configure the module?

Hi,
you're using a Quickstart?
If yes, use Check In button in Module Manager. Just unlock all modules. It may help.

In normal life it's often happen when user during edit a module or article will close browser tab or use "Back" button without Save & close or Cancel from toolbar.
And in QS - upss, this is fault of our developer, he forgot to unlock I guess after deleting his account.
