HI.
I've tried to upload the Mo template to joomla 3.5.1 but getting an error "Can't find Joomla XML setup file."
Tried to upload other 3.5 tempaltse but also getting the same error.

Hi
Are You sure You are using a template package and not quickstart template package ? Quickstart template package comes with joomla and modules included. You need to install it same as a regular joomla.
