author information don't show up

Hi there,
I tried all I could think of to show the advanced author information under the k2-items in article layout.
The author's name only shows up next to title in article layout (and near date in category layout) but never all information under the item itself.
I put show author information to yes in
1. k2 - options
2. category options
3. subcategory option
4. item-options
also in advanced author information.
It seems to have no effect at all.
What I want to do is: Show after every item the author with image and description.
Any idea?
