Menu Params (GavickPro) Problem

I installed Joomla 3.1 without simple data also installed K2. after this installed Template Magazine and have one problem I can't find Menu Params (GavickPro) In menu category. So how enable this plugin. I checked plugins section and I where is no this plugin to enable

Hi,
1) Please download another package gk_magazine_rest_files_J!30.zip (from download section)
2) Unzip
3) Find "plugins" folder
4) And install plg_gkextmenu.zip - enable it !

If you want to have all features of quickstart install also rest of plugins

I resolved this problem but i have strange thing. I need registration button to make working. I installed mod_gk_register v1.1 but can't find module position register to use this position. I also installed gk_magazine_quickstart_J!3 and i can find this module position in wuickstart but can't find it here. Can u help me to guess what i missing here. I installed all plugins from plugin folder but I still have problem to make register button working.

You should type the position name manually in Position field.
