How can I change the contact form

Hello,

How can I change the contact form? I want to change the information there but I can't find the plugin or something. It is the little envelope in the top left corner.

Hi,
This is from Component (hidden under e-mail/envelope icon) ---> it's default Joomla Contact component - so it's described in all books about basic of Joomla, etc..
