Custom Buttons using Social Sidebar

Hello,
I am seeking to create a custom sidebar with no social buttons at all, but instead our own buttons that would be used to navigate the site.
We'll need to use our own .css trick and image file to get the images right, but how would we go about adding links in?
Also, how would we go about adding in a slider transition like the color switcher but with text instead (for this new menu)?
I will PM a moderator who answers with the site link and login info as this page is not public.

Sorry, but we don't provide this kind of support. You would need to read about css3 transitions to do the animations.
