I'm new for Joomla! and downloaded JhonK template.

Where is the file to change words and pics?

Hi,
The John frontpage is based on modules, so you should navigate to Extensions -> Modules section, select a module i.e. "Didn't you know?!" and here you can change the content and pictures of this section.
