2 Problems with Version 3.18 to 3.19

Hi there,
I've purchased 3.18 and now I'd like to update it to 3.19. Can you please advise how can do this?
In addition, when filling up the contact form, it takes a long waiting time. And then it pops up a success message but neither the receiver and sender email ID will receive the email. Seems like the GKCONTACT plugin doesn't work. Can you please advise how to fix it?

Hi
What type of sending You are using ? Is it a regular mail() funciton or the SMTP one ? Whatever You have try to use the other method. It can be set in global joomla configuration for server.
