Trouble Installing Theme

I'm attempting to install the Quickstart theme via Godaddy Cpanels. No matter what directory I load it to I'm unable to get that page That allow you to set up the Wordpress settings. I don't get the option to create a configuration

[code][/code]After you have the files copied to your hosting directory, have you tried to go to wp-admin?
Last time I had similar thing, then I manually typed the following and voila, the setup page appeared.

http:// www. yousite. com/yourdirectory/wp-admin

the website is http://www.iamtinarenee.com and I just tried the directory suggestion and I get the page in the screen shot. I've uploaded it to the Web Root (public_html/www), Document Root for: iamtinarenee.com and Home Directory.

This is kind of maintenance mode probably from your goDaddy hosting.
Before uploading the content of the quickstart package, please make sure that you don't have any other files in your Web Root directory (public_html/www)
