Illegal string offset

Hello Gavick team,

Nice to be in touch with you guys again. Must say that your latest themes are fabulous!!!

I am getting following error message :

Warning: Illegal string offset 'gk_nsp-4' in /home4/satyajet/public_html/satyaproductions.com/wp-content/themes/John/gavern/helpers/helpers.layout.php on line 963

on each of the page. Please see supporting images in attachments.

Kindly let me know solution and do the needful...

Could you please provide me with FTP and backend access to your website via PM (click the “Private Message” text underneath my avatar) so that I may analyze it? It is a lot easier for us to diagnose issues when we have a live site to examine.
