Wrong Underline for Chosen Menu Item

When i click the forth menu item, page slides an finds the correct part, but i see the underlined menu item is the third one. The same for the sixth one, when i choose it, the 5th menu item is underlined.
Why is this so, where can i set the correct one?

Hi, the error can be seen on www.tufanpaker.com
When you choose a menu item, one item before is underlined.

Looks like after scrolling site is not reaching right point. Please send me an access to ftp so I'll see how this can be corrected.
