problem after WC update (2.6.0)

Hi,

We updated our website (www.karmatech.hu) to versions;
- WooCommerce 2.6
- Instile 1.10

Unfortunately, after the update the products became unavailable from the sidebar (woocommerce product category)

Please be so kind to suggest us what can be the problem,

Just Deactivated and Reactivated the Plugin and Clicked the Prompt to Run the Updater Again.
Message Bar is still being displayed up top.

"WooCommerce Data Update - Your database is being updated in the background."

DB Logs shows the following.

after a while the products became available, but:
- there are no product category pictures
- Product per row function not working properly

It seem the WooCommerce 2.6 is not ready for use...unfortunately we didn't do backup

Update III

Manwhile we could solve the WC update and missing product category thumbnail issues (with debug and wp_crone)

but:

we still waiting for your theme update or suggestion how can we solve the product per row problem
(ncorrect Nr. of columns, e.g. 1 or 2 instead of 3, randomly...)

We could solve the incorrect product coloumn issue also - we deleted the content-product.php...
It seem it could help and there is no more issue
