languange change location

Hi, please help. Where I could locate this file to change EN to PL? I

Hi

I've just checked all files and looks like translations for all mentioned phrases are in en-GB.com_virtuemart.ini file. Please try install Polish language pack for Virtuemart.

hmm I'm afraid I don't know how to do that, see attached, I've checked on the vitual mart config, it says PL, but still, not working, I also checked on the language site, also on joomla/language.
