No description on product page. vm.css file may be culprit

I have no plug-ins running except for the few that came with the template. How can I figure out what is wrong?

When I switch back to the storefront template in the template manager, the description is present. When I switch back to instyle template, it is missing. I have disabled any plugins that did not come with the template. Please advise what can I do to show the descriptions. Also when I rename the vm.css file in the templates/gkinstyle/css folder, I see the description, but lose the styling. Can anyone please help with this issue?

Check every module (NPS, IS if used) and on one of modules tabs you should be able to change engine - jQuery should be selected.
