How to show base price in category view and keep tax in cart

I remember fixing this issue in newspro module, but how do I only display baseprice in category view?

You have to modify default VirtueMart view which is located in template/html/com_virtuemart/category. I don't remember the code but surely you will find somewhere there salesPrice part and you need to replace this with basePrice. I was able to alter the price in category view, but on the product page, how do I just show the base price where it says sales price. I only want to show tax in the cart..
