How to get these news pro images to all be the same size

Is it possible to have the module resize each picture to the same size?

The easiest solution would be to use same aspect ratio images at the beginning. If not, any automatic method would "damage" your images (cropping to standard size). You could also decide to set fixed height of image container but it will introduce white space between some images and underlying text.
