Please check in your php.ini file if 'display_errors' option is set as off. If no please change it to off or if you dpn't have access to this file ask your hosting comapny to do it.

Where is it php.ini?

It depends where php is installed. Sometimes you might find it in /etc/php.ini, other times you might find it /usr/bin/php/php.ini . Please ask your hosting company.
