Hotel frontend blank

Hi,
I’ve instaled hotel template but the frontend is completly blank.
Hotel v.1.0.9 | Joomla version, 3.7.5.
Is it possible to correct it?

if the the error reporting is set to Maximum, there's the following error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_internal_encoding() in /home/pl.../public_html/v2/components/com_k2/helpers/route.php on line 86

Hi

It's a PHP function. Looks like Your server is not supporting it, so please ask Your hosting provider to add mb_internal_encoding() function to it or update PHP version.
