Error 403 when accessing gk_hotel template style

When I am at "Templates: Styles (Site)" screen, I open "gk_hotel - Default" template style and when I am pressing "Save", "Save and Close" "Save as Copy" or even "Close", I am getting an "error 403, You don't have permission to access /thealos/administrator/index.php on this server."

when I am opening an other template, for example "Protostar" I am not having this error.

I've never came across such issue before, but it sounds like the issue can be on joomla or server side. Some links can be blocked if they are using AJAX or some other features. Are You using some links redirection in htaccess or in some 3rd party components? Please send me an access to joomla panel to my email [email protected]

Have You fixed the problem or has it fixed by itself? I've just asked programmers and they told me they haven't done anything since it was working ok. I've checked and You can save/close without being redirected to 403 error message.
