I translate this module in News Template (2012)
Joomla 3.3.6 php 5.5.17
Ver 1.7.1
You can see this in unminutohoy.com.ar/1mh
Make this change
Upload the translated file in Spanish language / es
I added this line in mod_weather_gk4.xml
<languages>
<language tag="en-GB">language/en-GB.mod_weather_gk4.ini</language>
<language tag="es-ES">language/es-ES.mod_weather_gk4.ini</language>
</languages>
