Hey,
a client just contacted me because the weather module doesn't show the correct forecast (24th of july instead of 10th of september, see attached file). I installed a new module but the problem is still occuring.
But as I see it I cannot change any options. Are there any clues to this problem? The search function couldn't help me.

Hi
Looks like cache is not releasing it. Please try disable cache and test it than. Let me know if this makes a difference.

Hi, well I already deleted my cache. But even when I disable the cache in the options of the module nothing changes.
Recently we had problems with the refreshing of the main slide show. One of you guys got an account and fixed it. I don't know what he did. Is that a possible reason?

Hi
Unfortunately he didn't specify what he did, but I believe it was a change in offset function. What I had in mind is a server cache. Please check if such a thing is active at Your server. It's also possible that module cannot connect to weather API page because of some changes in it. In such case please try switch it to a different weather provider.
