[SOLVED] Question Marks

I just downloaded this today. And installed in a 3.4.8 Joomla site.
I set up two modules. One for Atlanta. One for Sao Paulo. Set the WOEIDs according to this site. Otherwise it is all default settings.
I am getting question marks.
Any ideas?

Fixed. I cut and paste the WOEIDs. Causing them to be right justified. Which the module didn't seem to appreciate at all!
