Social Icons in Top Left

How do I link the social icons in the top left corner ?

I would also like to remove The Google Plus One and RSS feeds one next to it.

This is my site. It is live, Just not open to the public yet

You need to edit custom html module placed in "social" position (with tinyMCE disabled).
