Please edit: /templates/gk_gamenews/css/override.css and add at its end:
Remember to enable "CSS override" in template settings - advanced section.
- Code: Select all
#gkTop2 {margin-bottom: -20px !important;}

From the things that I see, the problem lies in the way you use custom modules. Everytime you insert even a image, it is wrapped with paragraph. And paragraphs as a typography element has bottom spacing so they look fine when you have more then one of them. Now this spacing overlaps spacing of entire column, so you cant get the spacing exactly you want.
The solution would be to disable tinyMCE editor for a while, and edit modules that are last in each column (content, sidebar), then manually remove wrapping paragraph from the module.

I am also using the banner joomla core module and the spacing is not correct.
I tried to remove all the override css I did to make the alignment but still the same issue.
Any help to solve this please ?

On the sidebar there are some empty modules with clear class added to them - they are pushing next content down. Please take a close look at changes you have made (to modules, added empty modules etc)) - it seems they are the cause of your spacing problems.
