I'm New with joomla

Hello all!
I've always used wordpress, and now i bought the joomla templates.
I'm using game news Quickstart, coz i'm interesting to a full ready website.
After installed gk_gamenews_quickstart_J!3 i got my website as the demo page, so i decided to start.
1)i tried to delete all articles, but i saw if i delete ALL those, i'll gett 1064 ERROR PAGE, so i left 4 articles that doesen't give me that errors O.o
2)i decided to edit those 4 articles with my personal content and it's ok
3)i've tried to add new Items (new arcitle) but i doesen't display !! Why ??
Im using that K2 system, so K2-> Items -> New
i've tried to use the same category i've created (called CoC), so i'm trying to make a copy of an existing EDITED article, but it doesen't display
There are any tutorial on how to EDIT a quickstart template ?

ps: as i said, all tose articles are only EDITED from the demo.

Once i've edit an article, when i open it on the website, i have something wierd, 2 post in 1

Hi,
I have one very important TIP for you.
On test subdomain install quickstart only for testing purposes
On real domain Install "naked" Joomla + then install template + and modules which you really need,
and look at QS settings what you need and copy those ideas, but first add REAL content (categories/articles)
Yes, it will help you much more than deleting demo content!!

??? If you copied content from another site - maybe you copied also this banner code ??
Content belongs to you - not for us. This is not template support anymore.
p.s.
I know that Joomla is quite different in comparison to WP - but I think it have much more features which you need in real website.
WP is good only for blog. I suggest also to buy a book about Joomla it may help you discover this CMS.
