Hi guys,
Not sure what happens but recently website start behave very very slow. I tried to play with cache, joomla cache / gavick cache / global cache, but no significant results. Today even upgrade to latest release 3.11.
Can you advise please?

Yes i did, the only one is system cache enabled. It's very slow, and if i enable cache i cannot develop because it's not take any effect until i delete cache or holding F5 which is not always working 100%.

If with default Beeze template site is slow same way, perhaps you are having problems with your hosting company?

Hosting company says it works fine on their side.. some page takes 4 to 6 seconds to display. Is that ok?
I think it should be faster.

It should much more faster, but this doesn't look like a template issue. Perhaps you could try with another hosting company?
Could You please post an url to your site?

The server at www.ruinus.com can't be found, because the DNS lookup failed. DNS is the network service that translates a website's name to its Internet address. This error is most often caused by having no connection to the Internet or a misconfigured network. It can also be caused by an unresponsive DNS server or a firewall preventing Google Chrome from accessing the network.
It looks like site doesn't work .

I would bet on server side problem:
Take look at this 3 files. File that is 8KB loads longer than 233KB file.
- Code: Select all
engine.mootools.js
GET
200
application/x-javascript
www.rusinus.com/:90
8.0 KB
1.80 s
1.79 s2 ms
mootools-more.js
GET

www.rusinus.com/:84
233 KB

phoca_thumb_s_maxcave%2040%20of%2024.jpg
GET

Thanks for respond. I contact host company, but they says that nothing wrong with the server...
I found a nice website that checks load speed. Check here: http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/#!/bJviHy/www.rusinus.com

You can do same thing with firebug or web developer tools for chrome - and the report was from chrome.
Please send me a PM with:
1. URL to your website
2. login and password of user with admin/super-admin privileges (please create one for me)

Enabling cache was one of the thing I was going to propose.
In template settings advanced section you might also enable css and gk cache to help a little bit.

Strange - those elements should not have any impact on site load time.
Anyway thanks for sharing the solution that helped in your case.
