Hi,
I installed Game News template on Joomla 2.5.9 + K2 2.6.5 (the quick-start package).
My problem is that the K2 front-end edit function doesn't work.
For example, if I am logged in Front-end as a Super User (and this Super User is included in the K2 Group Site Owner with all permissions set on YES to add/edit/... for all categories.
From the back-end : ADD/EDIT ==> no problem.
From the Front-end : to ADD a new item : no problem.
But from the Front-end to EDIT an item ==> Error 403
Any idea ?

Found it !
In the Parameters settings of K2 in Advanced ==> in the Advanced SEF parameters
if I set K2_SEF_USE_ITEM_ID_IN_URL on NO, then Front-end editing doesn't work anymore
If I set it on YES ==> working again !!!
A bug of K2 2.6.5 ?

I went to html/ and changed the name of com_k2 folder for a moment as you said.
Then, I set back K2_SEF_USE_ITEM_ID_IN_URL on NO, to check if the problem still existed.
The answer is Yes : error 403 when you try to edit on front-end.
I guess it is K2 2.6.5 bug.

Please try update K2 to the latest version and if this doesn't help ask on their support forum community.

You must enable "Enable frontend editing", in "K2 parameters", "FrontEnd Editing" frame

Yes, if bug is related with settings only.
But anyway support for K2 on K2 forum.
