problem with k2 component items

hi install the template Game Items component but can not see them k2 q and sends me to a blank page. eg

Ok. Than I believe You should show this error to Your host provider since this function is a standard php function http://php.net//manual/pl/function.mb-i ... coding.php so there may be insufficient PHP version or wrongly configured.

just, go to /whm cpanel --- > easy apache4 --> customize -->phpextensions - find mbstring on search field - and set "On" and run the upgrade tool

Thank You for the solution. I hope all cPanel versions will work this way. If there is no such option it's something hosting support should help with.
