Font Sizer

Hello, I have checked a box or did something and now I have the font resizer at the very top of the page. It is not in the article page so I am not sure where or what I did to add this. How can I remove the font sizer at the top. You can see it on the top of the page I attached.

It is also on the home page at the top of just one of the categories.

Hi

Your link is leading to "Database connection error (2): Could not connect to MySQL." message. Please fix it so I'll be able to see the resizer and tell You how to delete it. Have You tried disabling it in template configuration?

I have correct the site issue and I tried disabling everywhere I could think of.
