I would like to place a link in Mobile and Tablet template to display link for ‘Full Desktop’ website.
Similar to many websites which provides optional links in their responsive templates to display full website.

Currently there is no such possibility implemented.
You need to understand difference between RWD templates like ours, and templates that detect device type and display different code for desktop and mobile.
Our templates are responsive and they do not detect device type - so the don't have such switch.
