Tabs inside tab?

Hi,
I'm using Quark and I'm using tabs in mainbody position (not in frontpage), like a side menu (like is used in Quark frontpage demo).
But because I have so much text, I would like to organize it using some tabs, like this:

Is there anyway to solve this?
