Cant add and edit tabs in module

After an upgrade to Joomla 3.3.6 module GK Tabs 5 seems to be broken. We upgraded it to version 1.7.2 but it doesnt help.
In "Tabs" tab we just have button "Add new tab" without any ealier added tabs. There is also js errer: "Sortable is not defined" in debugger.
Issue is urgent.
We have mSocial template.

try this tip:
1) Uninstall GK Tabs module
2) Install a new version for J3.x only
3) Try again

If will not help, let me know...
or use alternative module solution for example: SP Tab, Xpert Tabs or RokSprocket.

It helped but we lost about about 11 instances of these module reach in text and content. Is there any way to reinstall this module and not to loose data?
It is little bit unprofessional, give updates to module and not to support their continuing work. You should descirbe this changes or give migrating tool.

In most cases module re-install will help.
I gave you the last hope solution.

Yes it helped but we loose all modules GK5 Tab. And we had a lot of content in them...

Next time:
1) Try reinstall first
2) or use backup to recover database only
