Can't get tabs to work

I'm on the latest version of Joomla. Just update template rockfall to 3.17. I'm trying to add tabs. I was able to add a tab module. But when I go to add tabs, I enter the info and click save, nothing happens so my tabs aren't showing up. Only the title of the mod-tabs-k5 shows.

I thought updating the template would fix this but it didn't.

I'm not sure your update did well. Please download template file, unzip it and replace all template files on your ftp server.
Make a backup before the process.
